Register of published documents

As per the 15 October 2025 Decision of the European Research Executive Agency's Steering Committee on access to documents, we publish documents  partially or fully disclosed following requests for access to the European Research Executive Agency documents. 

This includes both documents drafted by the Agency and received by it from third parties.

Please note that if the European Research Executive Agency has decided to publish the disclosed documents originating from third parties and make them available to the public, this disclosure and publication is however without prejudice to the rules on intellectual property, which may limit your right to reproduce or exploit the released third-party documents without the agreement of the originator. The latter may indeed hold an intellectual property right on them. 

Concerning the documents drafted by the European Research Executive Agency, you may reuse them free of charge and for non-commercial and commercial purposes provided that the source is acknowledged and that you do not distort the original meaning or message of the documents.

Please note that the European Research Executive Agency does not assume liability stemming from the reuse of any of the documents disclosed under Regulation (EC) 1049/2001. You may use the Ctrl+F search-function to look for documents related to a specific interest of yours within REA’s Register. The search is based on the information shown in our Register.
