The Info Day is a unique opportunity to be informed about the RFCS funding opportunities and their objectives, the most updated information on the submission and the evaluation process. In particular, the info-day aims at helping potential applicants to submit high quality proposals.
The deadline for registrations for in-person participants and for one-to-one sessions’ booking is 12 February 2026.
The deadline for registrations for online participants is 18 February 2026.

Description
The event will also be an occasion for networking between participants. This would facilitate the creation of synergies in the coal and steel research communities, particularly in the development of the breakthrough technologies needed to contribute to the goals of the European Green Deals and to exchange proposals’ ideas and find consortium partners.
There will be a networking coffee and lunch during the event.
In the afternoon, the participants will have the opportunity to have a one-to-one session with REA staff (project officers, legal officers, and financial officers) to address specific questions related to proposal preparation.
It is compulsory to book these sessions in advance (via the registration form).
